Making a new dish

Ok so maybe cheesecake isn't the most difficult desert to make from scratch, but I was making it for Darren's BBQ so it had to be good. This is the practise run for the "American chocolate swirl cheesecake". I found this was the easiest way to soften up the mountain of cream cheese required for the dish ...



and this is how it looked fresh out of the oven.



It was great - and it was all devoured before I remembered to take a finished photo!!! Take my word for it, it was mighty fine!
